We asked our staff to give us a peek into the 'behind the scenes' world of what makes them tick.  We hope that by letting you kind of 'hang out' in the offices here, and letting you know us a bit more that you will get a glimpse of the joy in our jobs, and most importantly, the joy we find in Christ.

1.) What was your FIRST connection with LifeLight Communications?
My first connection was actually unplanned. It was 2004 and I was living in Los Angeles, CA when I realized that Labor Day weekend was fast approaching and I had no real plans. So I quickly snatched up a frequent flyer ticket and flew to Sioux Falls to visit my brother and his family. We spent the entire weekend at the LifeLight Festival and at the end of my visit, when it was time to say goodbye my two-year old nephew said one word that changed my life in a dramatic way. When I told my nephew I was going back to California, he said, "Don't."  

Three months later I moved to Sioux Falls.

3.) What's your weakness? Peanut Butter...anything!

5.) Favorite Bible story? The story of Jesus raising the 12-year old girl from the dead. I always held this story dear to my heart growing up. As a little girl this story truly taught me of God's awesome power and compassionate love. Mark 5:21-43
