2008 FESTIVAL CAMPING REGULATIONS

§   Firepits:  Open fires will not be allowed at any of the campsites.  No exceptions.  Please bring alternative methods of cooking meals.  (Grills that are enclosed will be allowed.)  Please do not dispose contents of grills into garbage dumpsters.  There will be burn barrels specifically for emptying charcoal gill contents into.  Community fire pits will be made available.

§   Awnings:  Space for awning use is not guaranteed, however the sites will accommodate slides.

§   Tow Vehicles:  Tow vehicles will not be allowed to park next to campsites. Once your camper/tent is in place and you are done unloading, tow vehicles will need to be moved.  Parking will be available in a close proximity to the campground.

§   Electricity:  Electrical sites will be given 20 amps of power each.  Please refrain from using your air conditioning while you are away from your campsite.

§   Water:   Campers must not permanently hook up with water for the weekend.   Please connect to the water supply, fill up your tanks and then disconnect for others to use.

§   Septic disposal:  Septic service will be made available several times during the festival, for an additional cost.  Details and cost will be in your welcome packet.

§   Pets:  We will allow pets in the campground.  Extreme courtesy is expected with keeping pets on a leash and cleaning up messes left behind.

§   Coolers:  Please keep coolers at your campsite.  Coolers will not be allowed to enter the festival grounds, per our agreement with Wild Water West and the food vendors.

§   Noise:  There are no guaranteed quiet times or areas for camping.  This is a festival atmosphere with many youth attending and camping.

§   Special Needs:  Please make us aware of any special needs during online registration.  (handicap accessibility, medical conditions requiring additional electricity, etc)

§   Youth Groups:  Youth groups will be required to have chaperones for youth that are under the age of 18.  If you reserve a site in the Souled Out area, the registration process will ask you for the number of chaperones per number of youth.  (recommended is at least 1 chaperone for every 10 youth)

§   Payment:  Payment for all sites must be made through PayPal.  PayPal will accept payment by credit card or by check.

§   Praise:  You are encouraged to praise the Lord and enjoy your time at the festival!  To God be the glory!
