Festival Camping
We are excited to open our camping registration for the 2010 festival on our new festival site. We have planned our campground to provide convenient access for campers, and the campground is in close proximity to the festival grounds. Please refer to the festival map for more information (add link).
We have added an additional night to our camping weekend. Camping will open on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. for those who would like to arrive early. It will close on Monday, September 6, 2010 at 12 noon.
Please read carefully the next few notes about camping. These instructions will help you be better prepared to register for camping at this year’s festival. We have several options available for you and want to ensure you select the right camping options as you complete the registration. We will also provide links to other campgrounds in the area in the event we sell out of camping spots on the festival grounds.
Please note that the General Camping registration page allows for you to choose between one of three options:
1) Water/Electric ($250 per site) – ONLY 160 SPOTS AVAILABLE IN 2010! (60 spots less than in 2009!)
2) Dry Camping – RV/Camper ($125 per site)
3) Dry Camping – Tent Only ($100 per site)

We will have the same guidelines for the campground areas. Please click here to see these guidelines in advance. You will need to acknowledge that you have read these guidelines before you can register. We will also provide a copy when you check in.
To be accepted into the campground of your choice, payment is required when completing the application. No application will be accepted without payment. Please note that camping refunds will not be issued after July 31, 2010.
Camping check-in begins on Thursday, September 2nd, at 6:00PM (Coffeehouse stage opens at 12:00PM on Friday, with Main & Souled Out stages beginning at 3:00PM)
Camping fees are used to pay for campground expenses (electrical, water, showers, toilets, etc.). They do not help with the festival operations budget or pay for artists and production expenses. Would you prayerfully consider becoming a monthly donor? Monthly donors help greatly with year-round expenses we incur for the festival and for our other areas of ministry. We have a goal to reach 500 monthly donors in 2010; our current total is 175.
There are 2 different types of camping applications:
1. General Camping – Please choose this option if you are registering as an individual or with a group. If you wish to register as a group, you must designate one person from your group to fill out the application and submit payment for all of the sites with the application.
2. Souled-Out Village Camping – The SO Village camping option is for Youth Groups only. You will be required to submit contact information for the lead chaperone of the group, church contact information, number of tents, and number of chaperones and youth in the group. We suggest that there be one chaperone for every 10 youth.
