EVENT DETAILS

 

FREE ADMISSION AND PARKING (trams and courtesy carts are available in parking lots)
•    Traffic entering the property coming east from the I-29 Worthing exit and north from Hwy 18 will park in the west parking lot.
•    Traffic entering the property coming south from Minnesota Ave/Hwy 115 and Hwy 11 will park in the north parking lot.  (Please refer to the festival map for information)
•    Shuttles will leave from Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls continually from the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Sunday.  Cost is $4/day per person or $10/weekend per person.

FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD RAIN, WIND OR SHINE!

Entrance Gates open at 8:00 a.m. daily and close at 2:00 a.m.

Lost and Found is located at the Festival Information Booth. 

What you should bring:

•    A great attitude to serve and have lots of fun
•    Sunscreen
•    Lawn Chairs or blankets to sit on
•    Money for food, shopping, and festival donations
•    Camera
•    Allergy medicine (we do get some dust on windy days)

What’s not allowed:
•    Alcohol or drug use is prohibited.  Those found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be escorted off the property, and or, turned over to law enforcement.
•    Smoking is not allowed in the public areas of the festival.  If you need to smoke, please limit this to you own campsite or off festival grounds.
•    No pets are allowed on the festival grounds (except at designated campsites)
•    No coolers are allowed on the festival grounds (except at designated campsites)
•    No tarps are allowed to be permanently placed by stakes in seating areas!  All personal items must be removed nightly so the area can be cleaned and prepared for the next day.  Absolutely no large tarps allowed!  Be prepared to move your tarp if it bothers other people.
•    No videotaping or professional photography is allowed unless approved by LifeLight media staff
•    No use of profanity is allowed
•    No private use of golf carts or gators are allowed without the permission of LifeLight
•    No solicitations of flyers, literature, stickers, etc, of any kind is allowed on the grounds without approval from LifeLight

Other things to know:
•    Children must be supervised.  If there is a lost child please report immediately to the LifeLight Information Booth in the center of the festival grounds or to an Event Safety staff member.
•    Please dress modestly, leaders and chaperones; we need your help enforcing this policy with those in your care.  No bathing suits are allowed.
•    Please keep lawn chairs and blankets in designated areas only
•    Umbrellas used for shade must be kept at the very rear of the seating area and must not block the view of other’s.
•    Shade tents will be allowed in designated areas only at the back of the seating areas.  Stakes must be safety covered or they will be removed.
•    LifeLight is not responsible for lost or stolen items, if an items is lost please make a report to the LifeLight Information Booth
•    Please help keep the grounds clean and “green” by using the appropriate garbage and recycling receptacles. 
•    There will be signing for the deaf community provided by Hands in Motion at the main stage
•    Designated handicapped parking, access and seating will be available in the main stage area
•    In case of inclement weather, please tune into Life 96.5 FM for live up to date weather information.
•    PLEASE BE QUIET AND COURTEOUS WHEN SPEAKERS ARE PRESENTING FROM STAGE SO OTHERS AROUND YOU MAY HEAR

To avoid visiting our first aid station, please follow these suggestions:
•    Drink plenty of fluids
•    Be reasonable about the amount of time spent in the sun
•    Bring with you all prescription medication you normally take
•    Eat substantial meals
•    Be mindful of dust conditions which can affect allergies and come prepared with your medication

Law Enforcement officials have the right to inspect persons, property and/or vehicles at anytime and for any reason, to ensure the safety of the grounds and those attending the festival.

The festival is held for free so all can come and hear the life changing message of Jesus Christ.  There are many costs involved to operate an event or this size and we need your help!  Please consider giving a gift.  Offerings will be taken throughout the weekend; donation stations are located throughout the grounds (refer to you festival map for locations).
