We asked our staff to give us a peek into the 'behind the scenes' world of what makes them tick.  We hope that by letting you kind of 'hang out' in the offices here, and letting you know us a bit more that you will get a glimpse of the joy in our jobs, and most importantly, the joy we find in Christ.

1.) What was your FIRST connection with LifeLight Communications?
Began as a volunteer in 1998 when it started on the church lawn.  Volunteered for 10 years before joining the staff full-time.  Have served in nearly every area of the festival throughout the last fifteen years.

2.) From Living Your Strengths and the Clifton Strengths Finder Test, what is your greatest strength? Belief

3.) What's your weakness? Q'doba chips!! (Gee, I hope my kickboxing instructors don't read this, Yikes!!)

4.) If you were written about in the newspaper, on the front page, what would the headline say? God truly does use the ordinary to accomplish the extraordinary!

5.) Favorite Bible story? Esther "for such a time as this"
