MISSIONS FORMS

There are two forms available for you to complete. If you know of a specific trip you want to go on, then you will want to complete a Missions Application Form. On this form, you can select which trip you plan to go on with us.

If you are interested in going on a missions trip with us sometime, but the current planned trips dont work with your schedule, please complete an Intent to Participate Form. We will then contact you to discuss future planned trips that may not be available online yet or if we have enough people interested in a specific time-frame, we may organize a trip.
