Juarez, Mexico 

Just across the border from El Paso, TX is a land that is poverty stricken with a growing crime rate.  Our work in Juarez, Mexico has been growing since our first trip there in 1998.  The Lord has done some amazing things through LifeLight missions including planting 2 churches called Luz De Vida (LifeLight) and Una Nueva Vision (The New Vision).  Our ministry there is to continue to rise up disciples within the community and to bring light into the darkness.  The culture of Juarez is a very loving and accepting culture full of people that are searching and hungry to hear about the love of Jesus Christ.

Along with the loving culture is a war that is rising and turning into a very serious matter.  It is the war between the drug lords and the police, although it does not involve God’s followers, to ignore what is happening would be a dramatic fault in our faith.  Upon going on an outreach to Juarez, you will have the chance to engage in relational evangelism where the team will hit the very streets where the devil has his strongholds and boldly proclaim the love of Jesus Christ.  In Juarez, our outreaches often include street evangelism, park outreaches, dramas, children’s ministry, and more - all for the purpose of changed lives!
