We asked our staff to give us a peek into the 'behind the scenes' world of what makes them tick.  We hope that by letting you kind of 'hang out' in the offices here, and letting you know us a bit more that you will get a glimpse of the joy in our jobs, and most importantly, the joy we find in Christ.

1.) What do your friends call you, like your nickname or whatever?
People call me Shell, Shelly, Shell Bell or Shelly Belly for nicknames.  People tend to call me ROchelle, Michelle, and Rachel. But the correct way to say it is RAchelle. :)

2.) Who are you going to be when God is finished with you?
God will never be finished with me, I'm one of His life-long projects. :) When He finally is finished with me, I'll be in Heaven worshiping Him for eternity! So, as for now, I will just continue to be His worshipper!

3.) Any other fun tidbits to share?
My husband and I speak places to mobilize others into the mission field, sharing about the lost nations, and igniting a fire in people's hearts for those who have never heard of Jesus. We also speak together on purity and relationships to youth groups, conferences & churches. I am also a musician/worship leader, so if you are ever looking for a speaker or musician for your event, please contact us!

4.) What do you actually DO all day?
Other than eating chocolate at my desk all day, I pretty much do all the administrative work to prepare our short-term mission trips and missions events. I get to co-lead mission trips to different parts of the world with my husband and I love it!
